Kate doesn’t want to blog today so I’m guest blogging for her.
Kate had her book club today. We didn’t get the book until an hour before it started and I was sure she wouldn’t finish it but she read the whole thing in 30 minutes! Yes, it was a short Magic Treehouse chapter book but she’s only 6 years old you know. I was very impressed!
I wasn’t feeling well today and I needed a nap. Love had already taken an early nap so Kate offered to baby sit for me. She did such a good job playing with the baby and making her happy and that made me happy! She did a puzzle with her and played house and then watched a movie.
Kate joins us:
Today I babysat my sister while my Mom and brother were sleeping. In the middle of the movie she started getting fussy so I asked her if she had a stinky diaper and she said NO! The only reason she was crying was because she was sick or she’s growing a new tooth. Then she started pounding on my Mom’s door so I hurried and got her and brought her back. Then my Mom woke up because she started crying even louder when she fell and bonked her head on the floor. My Mom gave me a dollar for babysitting.
That’s the end of Kate’s lovely true story of babysitting her sister.

Daddy's Trip Home
My Dad just barely came home and he’s not leaving for a long, long, long time and that means forever! We went to nickel arcade, we went swimming and that’s all we did fun. The best thing I like about having him home is he can fix our bicycle tires that keep popping. And I like him home because he likes watching movies with me and my Mom never does because she says she’s too busy to watch movies. She’s busy blogging, actually not blogging but cleaning the house that is a pig sty. It’s like a pig’s home with mud because there is mud on the ground and toys and a baby sister making the messes that we have to clean up all day long. That’s the lovely ending of Kate’s true story.

Squished Pumpkin
My pumpkin looks stupid because it getting all squished up. My Mom helped me carve a cat face in it. I was a butterfly for Halloween this year. I got a bag full of candy, dropped it off and went back out. Most of it is gone now! I like to eat my candy at the gym and share it with my friends.
I played with my friend Tater Tot yesterday. We went swimming at the gym and then we went to my house and played house with my kitties ALL DAY LONG! I got tired of it but that was all my friend wanted to do. My Mom talked her into playing a board game with me. She left her toys and her jacket here so now we have to give it back to her.
This is my favorite outfit to wear to Church. I want to wear it every week. Don't I look so pretty?
